Job Description

• Process transactions for customers including but not limited to cashier, deposits, withdrawals, remittance, card/loan payments, opening and closing of accounts/card, e-banking service.

• Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services to capitalize on the business referral opportunities

• Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests

• Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile

• Serve customers by managing documents, information, and financial transactions in an organized, efficient, and secure manner

• Meet and exceed bank service standards, greeting and acknowledging each customer to make them feel welcome, while complying with bank procedures and security protocols

• Work with other tellers as a team to complete daily tasks while demonstrating respect and professionalism, being, and supporting management as needed

Job Requirement

• Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kinh doanh, tài chính hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

• Có khả năng Tiếng Anh cơ bản.

• Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong việc bán sản phẩm cho vay.

• Có khả năng thẩm định tín dụng và phân tích tài chính.

• Hiểu rõ các sản phẩm và quy trình cho vay.

• Nắm vững các quy định pháp luật liên quan đến hoạt động tín dụng.

• Kỹ năng đàm phán, giao tiếp, chăm sóc khách hàng và quản lý thời gian xuất sắc.

• Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, có đạo đức nghề nghiệp, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong làm việc nhóm.

• Có động lực cao, cam kết với công việc.

• Đáp ứng được yêu cầu kiểm tra lý lịch.
