Job Description

+ Schedule and conduct training sessions on various topics to new agents and experienced agents
+ Develop training materials, call scripts and procedures
+ Provide solutions for improving agent performance and customer satisfaction
+ Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Banking related fields.
- Working experience in Banking Contact Center (at least 2 year).
- Having management experience.
- Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to team.
