Provides guidance, assistance, verification, checking and approvals for trade finance officer’s transactions (including but not limited to collection/ negotiation (D/A, D/P, L/C…), L/C advising/ issuance/ settlement/relating operations…) and other matters of trade finance operation following delegated authority.
Responsible for all of the duties and responsibilities in the Trade finance officer’s jobs.
Assists with Trade Finance Officers including but not limited to collection/ negotiation (D/A, D/P, L/C…), L/C advising/ issuance/ settlement/relating operations… and other assistance as requested
Provides exemplary customer service, assists with training, supervision and coaching of Trade Finance Officers to ensure the same.
Serves as a role model to Trade Finance Officer in terms of customer service, professional presence and technical skills
Prepares periodically reports ad ad-hoc report including but not limited to operation, policy, customer service, compliance…
Identify customer needs, provide information on bank products and services to capitalize on the business opportunities, to increase transactions and profit for the banks.
Communicate with customer capitalize on the trade business opportunities
Meet and exceed bank service standards while complying with bank procedures and security protocols
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
Good writing and speaking in English
At least 5-year experience in trade finance
Solid understanding of Trade Finance products & operation especially Letters of Credit.
Comprehensive understanding of international trade practice, related rules and regulations
Holding CDCS certificate is highly preferred
Excellent analysis, observation and decision-making skills.
Be able to work under high pressure
Strong organizational skill, able to manage priorities and workflow
Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork
High self-motivated and committed, thrived in high pressure working environment.
