Job Description

* Financial:

- Meet assigned sales targets (revenue, deposit, customer acquisition, cross-selling…) through proper analysis of customer’s needs and proactive cross-selling of banking products.

- Meet assigned customer acquisition targets through the proactive seeking of new customers and referrals from existing customers.

* Customer:

- Deliver an outstanding experience to our customers; meet and exceed customer expectations.

- Frequent update on the banking market, service, products, promotion programs, and financial need analysis to customers.

- Enhancing customer profitability and increasing customer engagement through other noninvestment products and services.

* Process:

- Adhere to Bank’s compliance policy and ensure all transactions (sales/non-sales related) carried out on behalf of clients are within the stipulated parameters of the Bank’s policy process flow.

- Ensure KYC check with full diligence and so as to prevent any money laundering, frauds or any potential criminalist activities which could hurt the interest of the Bank and its customers.

* People:

- Active participant in all team meetings, clients’ events, and branch activities. Knowledge and success sharing with the team.

* Risk/compliance/behaviors:

- Ensure operations, workflows, and processes are compliant with bank standards and guidelines.

- Maintaining the highest integrity levels

Job Requirement

* Education: Bachelor of Economics or relevant field

* Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry.

* Skills:

- Adequate knowledge in wealth management products and in the priority banking segment.

- Ability to teamwork/ Problem Solving/Analytical Thinking.

- Diligence in delivering superior customer service.

- Good client engagements ability (soft skills).

- Result-oriented with a strong display of perseverance
