Job Description

1. This personnel will be responsible for ATM Network & Operation Management tasks which aims to:

  • ATM Operation Monitoring
  • ATM Transaction Analysis and Reporting

 

2. Main Activities/Tasks

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage ATM network, ATM operation to ensure the network works properly
  • Manage ATM transaction volume and develop system enhancement. 
  • Upgrade system for compulsory requirement from SBV or Other Organization (Napas, Visa, Master Card)
  • Internal and External Reporting and KPI Calculation
  • Support Branch/TO for solving ATM issues
  • Other assigned tasks from upper managemen

Job Requirement

  • Preffering candidates who have had experience in jobs related with ATM Operation/Management
  • Bachelor degree in relevant fields of Banking/Finance/Economics
  • Teamwork, communication, and reporting skill are required
