Job Description

Main tasks:

Ø  Analyze the current situation of business, review effectiveness of Acquisition activities in the previous half/year

Ø  Catch up peer banks’ trend and market demand to ensure our competitiveness.

Ø  Make acquisition plan for the Whole year/Each Half based on Direction from BOD

Ø  Allocate budget, prepare and make acquisition plan for each sales channel (SC, Branch, DCC)

Ø  Propose ideas of activities to get approval of Management line

Ø  Control and manage effectiveness of sales support activities

Ø  Work with Co-brand partners to build up Acquisition flow (system, process) and improve conversion rate

Ø  Work with internal and external stakeholders to support card acquisition activities

Ø  Manage team budget and expense

Ø  Control procurement process for acquisition activities including contract, payment to vendors, reward, gift delivery, …

Ø  Mentor and update news/regulations to team members

Support Smart Credit channel:

Ø  Seek and negotiate with new vendors to explore new customer source

Ø  Build up promotion campaigns to support selling activities

Ø  Hold training class of acquisition promotion for sales team

Ø  Control working process between vendors and Shinhan to keep the conversion rate competitive with market performance

Ø  Control acquisition promotion for customers apply via Sales channel

Support SC SH branches:

Ø  Propose KPI target for Branches

Ø  Follow up KPI progress of Branches and support branches to achieve target

Ø  Run Sales contest, Sales support program to encourage working spirit of employees, Run acquisition promotion for Branch’customers

Ø  Training credit card selling skill

Other tasks assigned by Director and DG

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related fields
  • At least 10 years of experience in Operations with knowledge of Acquiring Business, card payment systems and technologies, compliance regulations and risk management practices in payment processing.
  • Ability to manage project and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Effective communication in both verbal and written
  • Strong teamwork
  • Good English communication especially writing
