Job Description

  •  Update top trends of the market (customers lifestyles, business model) and top peers.
  • KPI scheme for sale channels
  • Reward for promotion campaigns
  • Communicate/training the acquisition promotions to internal and external
  • Brainstorm ideas for acquisition plan
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to fix issues if any
  • Manage promotion performance compares with the estimated plan
  • Tracking team budget and expense monthly
  • ICT request for new develop function or product
  • Control procurement process for acquisition activities including contract, payment to vendors…
  • Other task assigned by line manager

 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in Operations with knowledge of Acquiring Business, card payment systems and technologies, compliance regulations and risk management practices in payment processing.
  • Ability to manage project and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Effective communication in both verbal and written
  • Strong teamwork
  • Good English communication especially writing
