Job Description

  • Handle general inquiries related to cards and Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
  •  Perform tasks assigned to the Maintenance team, including but not limited to:
    • Card issuance services (reissuance, additional issuance, family card issuance, and manual renewal) for host 8161.
    •  Process refunds or cancellation of fees in response to customer complaints (if any).
    •  Manage hold/un-hold transactions (from ANZ) and handle balance-related matters for secured cards.
    •  Register and process installment conversion requests.
    •  Conduct appraisal for Flexi Cash applications.
    •  Address other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support business operations.
  • Respond to SMS inquiries and address related complaints (if any).
  • Support system enhancements when required.
  • Serve as a backup for the checker’s role when necessary.
  • Conduct monthly Self-Inspection to ensure compliance and operational integrity.

 

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in card services or banking.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Korean or Vietnamese is an advantage.
