Job Description

  • Thực hiện các phân tích kinh doanh (business analysis) liên quan đến hiệu quả hoạt động, danh mục và sản phẩm
    Conduct business analysis on performance, portfolios, and product effectiveness.
  • Thực hiện survey/benchmark các ngân hàng trong và ngoài nước, tổng hợp thông lệ và xu hướng thị trường
    Conduct banking surveys and benchmarking (local and international) to capture market practices and trends.
  • Đề xuất chiến lược, sáng kiến và giải pháp cải thiện hiệu quả kinh doanh và vận hành
    Propose strategies, initiatives, and solutions to improve business and operational performance.
  • Nghiên cứu, phân tích và đề xuất các cơ hội kinh doanh mới (new business)
    Research, analyze, and propose new business opportunities.
  • Quản lý, theo dõi và đánh giá KPI của các phòng ban Hội sở, đảm bảo phù hợp với định hướng chiến lược
    Manage, monitor, and assess Head Office departments’ KPIs in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Thúc đẩy đổi mới và quản lý thay đổi, bao gồm cải tiến quy trình, sản phẩm
    Drive innovation and change initiatives, including process improvement and product enhancement.
  • Hỗ trợ và phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan trong xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược
    Support and closely collaborate with relevant departments in strategy formulation and execution.
  • Chuẩn bị tài liệu và tổ chức các cuộc họp cấp quản lý .
    Prepare materials and organize management-level meeting.

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trong nước và nước ngoài với các chuyên ngành sau: Kinh tế, Tài chính, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Ngân hàng…;
    Majors: Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Banking, etc;
  • Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm công tác tại các ngân hàng thương mại hoặc các công ty chứng khoán, nghiên cứu thị trường hoặc kiểm toán trong các lĩnh vực có liên quan bao gồm phân tích kinh doanh, phân tích vĩ mô, phân tích chính sách, đối thủ cạnh tranh, nghiên cứu phát triển, nghiên cứu thị trường, xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược…;
    At least 3 years of working experience at commercial banks or securities companies, market research or auditing in related fields including business analysis, macro analysis, policy analysis, competitors, development research, market research, strategy development and implementation...;
  • Am hiểu và có thế sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ tìm kiếm, phân tích, xử lý dữ liệu;
    Understand and be able to use search, analysis and data processing tools proficiently;
  • Tư duy phân tích tốt, khả năng tổng hợp và giải quyết vấn đề
    Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, phối hợp và làm việc đa phòng ban tốt
    Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Tiếng Anh tốt (nói và viết), có khả năng làm báo cáo và trình bày
    Good command of English (speaking and writing), able to prepare reports and presentations.
