Job Description

1. Plan & Organize internal events to promote Company Culture & Employee Engagement: 

  • Build & execute the comprehensive plans to promote company culture, employee engagement including online & offline activities that suitable with company culture & core values.
  • Logistic preparation planning & implementing all internal events (indoor & outdoor) as planning. Example: Olympic, Marathon, Women’s Day, Men’s day...

2. Training/Sharing the Shinhan Corporate Culture to employees

  • Train/share the company history, corporate culture, core values, working environment to new comers.

Job Requirement

- At least 2-3 years of experience in organizing events & employee engagement activities

- Creative, Proactive, Inspiring, Energetic and Teamwork

- Strong organizational, event management skills, including the ability to work towards tight deadlines

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Vietnamese & English

- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

- Good at public communication and presentation are compulsory

- Have skills to connect and encourage people, teamwork, take the initiative in coordinating and implementing work

- Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g Event, Communications,) is preferred.
