Job Description

A.Authorities Relationship Management:

  • Prepare annual/ quarterly reports, official dispatch
  • Support to handle authorities’ relationships
  • Support to organize events/ seminars

B.Communications

  • Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, articles, speeches, annual reports, and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services.
  • Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews with key person of the bank
  • Support to prepare materials, logistics for external meetings or conferences
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on the target audience.
  • Monitor media coverage and respond ly to any reputational issues or negative publicity
  • Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required.
  • Support to prepare and manage the organization’s communication budget.

C.Other Duties

  • Administration tasks
  • To participate in staff training, team meetings and events, as required.
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate by the Director or Head of Strategy Division

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar 
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative thinking with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
