Job Description

  • Communication with Shinhan Financial Group's subsidiaries operating in Vietnam
  • Identifying and collaborating with startups from a digital transformation perspective
  • Networking and communication for internal and external business collaborations
  • Enhancing, planning, and operating open innovation and global expansion programs (PoC collaboration, business consulting, overseas expansion strategies)
  • Conducting market sensing reports on local market trends (technology, investment, etc.)
  • In Stay updated on new ideas and technological trends, exploring ways to apply them to the accelerator program.
  • Establishing operational goals and analyzing performance on an annual/quarterly basis
  • General administrative tasks, including internal requests and group company contract management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on innovation).
  • Work experience/ Profound knowledge in startups ecosystem and technology etc.(Preferred)
  • Experience in Business/Strategic/Development task planning and execution
  • Experience in planning and operating open innovation programs
  • Experience using market research and competition analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other tools
  • Native-level proficiency in English conversation and a global mindset.
  • Digital Transformation insights
  • Communication & Relationship building skill
  • Design thinking & Problem solving skill
  • Analytic & Research skill
