Job Description

- Attract new customers & prepare customer proposal, develop and maintain close contact with the customers, keep updating market information with financial solution provider to customer via phone call, mail, on-site visit…

- Conduct daily FX quotation with Branches/TOs; and direct dealing with certified SHBVN’s customers.

- Provide timely support to Branches/TOs and other HO Departments in their requests relating to FX & Derivatives business as well as other GTC’s internal tasks.

- Propose and implement system / product / procedures / workflow and guidelines development.

- Periodically organize in-house training session and/or workshop for Branches/TOs to provide them with useful FX & Derivatives knowledge (internal process training, new GTC product proposal, etc.) and updated market information.

- Offline Seminar co-hosted with Economic expert or other organizations, providing expert view about FX and Economic market.

- Other tasks assigned by the Director.

Job Requirement

Education:

University Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, finance or economics.

Experience:

At least 3-year experience in FX & Derivatives business.

- Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulation.

- Well understand financial market and local regulatory enviroment.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in maintaining a good relationship with customers to expand banking business and business opportunities.

- Motivated, driven, competitive and team player.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, Power Point).

- Fluent in English.
