Job Description

- Undertake process - Centralization of appraisal requests.

- Prepare the real property database to support channel to refer and capture real estate market trend and price.

- Prepare market data during appraisal of collateral process.

- Review appraisal report of independent appraisal agencies on a yearly basis and as required.

- Prepare Feasibility Report for Industrial Park & real estate project.

- Support branches issues related to real estate collateral.

- Other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

-  Education: Bachelor of Economics, Valuation or relevant field.

-  Experience: At least 02 years experienced in valuation field in appraisal companies or banks

-  Skills:

· Knowledge of valuation and related laws;

· Proficiency in office software (MS excel, word, power point);

· Ability to work effectively not only in a team environment but also to work independently;

·  MOF and/or DONRE’s valuation certificate is an advantage.
