Job Description

- Prepare KPIs & Targets at Branch/ Retail RM (RRM) levels.
- Prepare execute sale promotions/ campaigns to stimulate sales volume.
- Conduct trend analysis to ensure that projections are based on substantial findings and to help management understand the significance of any changes.
- Prepare weekly/ monthly MIS reports (retail loan performances and KPIs) to help management evaluate the retail business performance for timely decision-making.
- Prepare monthly/ quarterly RRM performance and incentive budget usage.
- Provide Branches daily support on incentives and KPIs concerns.
- Organize RRM meeting to reinforce communication of products/policies.
- Prepare customer portfolio analysis to manage current customers and analyze customer’s trends to improve the overall quality of products.
- Add reports per management's requirements.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor of Economics/Finance or relevant field
-  At least 2 years’ experience in relevant fields, mathematics & statistic field is preferable
-  Good in mathematics
-  Problem Solving/Analytical skill
-  Presentation skill
-  Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Refer staff understand Sas.
-  Team work, hardworking, time managing.
