Job Description

  • Business Requirements Gathering: Collect and analyze business requirements from different stakeholders to understand the business needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between IT and business units to facilitate clear communication and understanding.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with ICTD Teams and Business Units to improve systems and processes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to inform business decisions and create reports.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement IT and business operations process improvements. Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in operating systems.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirement Document (BRD), User Requirement Document (URD), Use cases, User Stories, Software Requirement Specification (SRS), and others.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in SQL, Python…etc.
  • Familiarity with visualization languages and tools, such as draw.io, BPMN modeler, UML, Entity Relationship diagram, Dataflow diagram, …etc.
  • Proficiency in writing use cases and user stories that effectively communicate user requirements to technical teams.
  • Advanced technical skills, including understanding of software development and database systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Having background knowledge in finance, banking, accounting, and lending operation domains is preferred (e.g.: CFA certification, SAP, SAS …etc).
