- Assist in the development and tracking of KPIs and performance targets for both the Branch and Retail Relationship Manager (RRM) or RRM leader levels.
- Support the design and execution of sales promotions and campaigns aimed at driving sales growth.
- Conduct trend analysis to ensure that data-driven insights are available for management to understand relevant changes.
- Help generate weekly and monthly MIS reports that evaluate SOHO loan performance and KPIs, facilitating effective decision-making for management.
- Provide daily support to branches by addressing inquiries related to incentives and KPIs.
- Conduct analyses of customer portfolios to maintain oversight of current clientele and assess customer trends, aiming to contribute to the overall improvement of product and service quality
• Bachelor of Economics/Finance or relevant field
• At least 2 year experience in relevant fields, mathematics & statistics field is preferable
• Good in mathematics
• Problem Solving/Analytical skill
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint. Refer staff to understand SAS Software
• Highly detail-oriented, accuracy and efficiency, time management, proactive and responsibility.
• Having experiences in MIS for sales channels is an advantage.
