- To oversee product strategy, project analysis, partnership management with real estate developers, and cross-functional coordination to deliver competitive products and sales tools that drive business growth and compliance.
- To drive innovation in lending products and ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategy.
Product Strategy and Development
- Lead the end-to-end development of project housing loan products — from market research, product design, pricing, to launch and performance tracking.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor offerings to maintain product competitiveness.
- Define and manage product features, credit policies, and pricing frameworks in collaboration with Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams.
- Drive digital and automation initiatives to simplify processes and enhance customer experience.
Real Estate Project Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of real estate projects — including legal, financial, progress, and developer reputation aspects.
- Evaluate project feasibility and risk-return balance for cooperation approval.
- Maintain and update the approved project portfolio with regular performance review.
Business Development and Partnerships
- Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with major real estate developers and agencies.
- Directly negotiate cooperation agreements to support project loan distribution.
- Develop project-specific business plans and drive implementation with sales and branch networks.
Business & Performance Management
- Monitor sales performance, loan quality, and profitability; propose corrective actions.
- Develop business plans for project-based sales and track achievement.
- Ensure all activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
