Job Description

In charge of daily operation of domestic remittance

  • To screen and input incoming message;
  • To process/tracing/refund/cancel/ collect fee of relay transactions;
  • To process Samsung monthly salary and bonus and collect service fee;
  • To distribute CITAD/ VCB monthly fee to Branch/ T.O;
  • To update Citad code;
  • To update/ control mapping bank code in E-Tax;
  • To check & re-send the fail registration/ payment E-Tax transaction;
  • To work with ICT Dept and General Tax Department to upgrade system, to support Branch on controlling, fixing the error of E-Tax payment transaction;
  • To compose and enhance internal guidelines and system.
  • To make internal/ external report.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Have good knowledge in remittance.
  • Have experience in core banking system such as Aither/CITAD/VCB/Etax.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork
  • High self-motivated and committed
