Job Description

  • Advising on legal issues related to Bank's operation to ensure the compliance with laws and regulation.
  • Providing legal review related to Bank's internal regulation, Contract/Agreement, T&C, Official letter to Authorities.
  • Advising, handling the litigation non-credit cases; escorting the Units in working with  state authorities.
  • Legal research, legal briefing, legal systemizing

Job Requirement

 

  • Bachelor of law, law practitioner certificate is one preference
  • At least 7 years of working experience in legal advisor function in banking sector (advising experience in wholesale, treasury and foreign exchange area is preferred).
  • Good knowledge about Banking products and Banking system
  • Good organizational, analytical and reporting skill
  • Competent English in both writing and presentation
  • Logical thinking, creative thinking
  • Good in MS office
  • Ability to work independently and in a team under high pressure.
  • Good at negotiation and communication.
