Job Description

  • Planning and overall operation of startup accelerator program
  • Designing, operating, managing performance, and organizing partnership events for the accelerator program
  • Budget management and allocation to other departments
  • Operating the Value-Up program for Korean companies expanding into Vietnam
  • Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve program operations and processes
  • In Stay updated on new ideas and technological trends, exploring ways to apply them to the accelerator program.
  • Networking and communication for internal and external business collaborations
  • General administrative tasks, including internal requests and group company contract management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field with a focus on innovation)
  • Work experience in marketing, startups ecosystem (entrepreneurship, venture capital, expert, ….) etc. (preferred)
  • Experience in open innovation programs event planning and execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other tools (Canva, Photoshop, Video editor, …)
  • Native-level proficiency in English conversation and a global mindset
  • Digital Transformation insights
  • Project management skill & digital marketing knowledge
  • Communication skill & creative thinking
  • Experience using market research and competition analysis tools
