Job Description

  1. Conduct analysis and research on the banking and financial system, competitors and market trends
    • Conduct analytical reports on the banking and financial system;
    • Analyze the banking industry, propose business opportunities;
    • Analyze competitors’ move;
    • Capture, analyze trends and prospects of the market, potential customer segments of the bank;
    • Analyze macro-economics, policies of the State Bank and the Government that impact the Bank's business operations;
  2. Perform tasks related to setup banking strategies
    • Conduct business analysis, research, strategic analysis of the bank's operations to make recommendations on organization and management;
    • Participate in building annual business strategy orientation and growth scenarios, identifying profit sources, business opportunities from the market and making recommendations;
    • Coordinate with relevant units to build mid& long-term strategies/ restructuring plans;
    • Implement and monitor the implementation results of strategic goals, analyze and propose adjustments if necessary.
    • Research strategies, new business models, advanced management methods and propose applications to contribute to the development of the Bank.
    • Implement innovation campaigns for the bank
  • Other tasks as required by superiors.

Job Requirement

  • Majors: Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Banking, etc;
  • At least 5 years of working experience at commercial banks or securities companies, market research or auditing in related fields including business analysis, macro analysis, policy analysis, competitors, development research, market research, strategy development and implementation...;
  • Understand and be able to use search, analysis and data processing tools proficiently;
  • Have good analytical and critical thinking;
  • Have good teamwork skills.
