Job Description

• Source and attract potential candidates through various channels (online platforms, social media, networking, recruitment agencies, etc.).

• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

• Lead and participate in career events, job fairs, and networking sessions to enhance employer branding and strengthen the candidate pipeline.

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and HR communities to support recruitment and branding efforts.

• Initiate and manage employer branding campaigns across online and offline platforms, including content creation, event planning, and visual design (e.g., recruitment posters, social media posts).

• Support internal communication initiatives to promote company culture, employee engagement, and internal mobility opportunities.

• Utilize design tools (e.g., Canvas, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) to create visually compelling materials for recruitment, branding, and internal communications.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports, and other ad hoc reports as requested by the Deputy Director or HR Director.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor of Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, Communications or relevant field

• Effective communication skill with strong business acumen and consulting skills

• Strong service mindset

• Understanding of banking operations and practices

• Have strong relationship in banking or finance

Compulsory:

• At least 3 year of experience in Banking Recruitment or Internal Communication, or Employer Branding.

• Proficient in English is a must (speaking/ writing/ listening/speaking)

• Ability to work both independently and teamwork

• Familiarity with visual design tools and an eye for aesthetics is an advantage
