Job Description

  • Provides guidance, assistance, verification, checking and approvals for Customer Service’ transactions (teller cash balancing, cash vault balancing, deposits, withdrawals, remittance, card/ loan payments, opening and closing of accounts/card, service registration….) and other teller matters following delegated authority.
  • Manages and accounts for branch cash including vault supply.
  • Ensures ATM is adequately supplied and teller drawers are counted under dual control
  • Responsible for all of the duties and responsibilities in the Customer Service Officer job description
  • Provides exemplary customer service, assists with training, supervision and coaching of the branch Customer Service staff to ensure the same.
  • Assists with Customer Service Officer work including cashier, deposits, withdrawals, remittance, card/loan payments, opening and closing of accounts/card and other assistance as requested.
  • Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests
  • Prepares periodically reports ad ad-hoc report including but not limited to transaction, cash, , vault, policy, customer service, compliance…
  • Communicate with customer capitalize on the business referral opportunities
  • Meet and exceed bank service standards while complying with bank procedures and security protocols
  • Serves as a role model to tellers in terms of customer service, professional presence and technical skills
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Good math and computer skills
  • Excellent observation and decision-making skills.
  • Be able to work under high pressure
  • Strong organizational skill, able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork
  • Skills for upselling and recommending products
  • High self-motivated and committed
