Job Description

1. Onsite monitoring

- Arranging and analyzing transaction data for monitoring

- Organizing monitoring report and managing recommendations

- Advising and coaching on Self inspection officer

2. Management of Self Inspection

- Evaluation and Management of SIO's performance

- Organizing SIO's training session

- Management of mandatory leave inspection

3. Theme monitoring

- Arranging monitoring plan

- Conduct monthly monitoring and organizing monitoring report

- Management of recommendations after monitoring

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, and other related fields

- Good English speaking and writing skill

- Experience in Loan/One-stop position

- No discipline violation
