Retail/ SOHO Credit Officer will be responsible for
- Performing credit assessment for Retail Loan/ SOHO loans (including Individuals & Corporate)
- Propose Opinion to approval corresponding authority for decision making
- Conduct regularly/ ad-hoc training and consult branches relating to loan assessment process
- Review Retail/ SOHO products/ process
- Other tasks assigned by Director/Manager
Main tasks:
- Perform credit rating evaluation for new customers and regular evaluate credit rating for existing customer
- To request documents and information relating to legal status, repayment capacity (financial and non-financial), repayment history, collateral, loan purpose, business plan
- To verify the truthfulness of provided information
- To review the provided information for compliance with policy, regulations and laws
- To utilize and apply analysis model/skill/competence in order to make decision
- To point out credit risk factors of the borrower and recommend approach/condition to mitigate
- To forecast repayment sources sufficient to debt obligations and estimate tolerance in stressful business cycle
- To integrate macro and industrial factors into borrower’s business/income source to estimate credit risk
- To analyze collateral and other secured methods in term of legality, marketability, valuation for credit decision
- Prepare CO’s Opinion and recommend to approval authority
- To request branches to update borrower’s information regularly or irregularly
- To provide industry information for credit risk analysis
- To train matters relating to Retail/ SOHO credit analysis activities
- To feedback Branches relating to credit approval process
- To give contribution in construction of loan policy, loan guideline, credit process, loan products
· Experiences in loan section/credit analysis of SOHO customers.
· Relevant experience in Retail/ Corp/ SOHO Credit Analysis in Banks is preferable
· Strong analytical skills
