Job Description

  • Hỗ trợ/ trực tiếp triển khai và giám sát công tác xử lý nợ các khoản nợ Ô tô có rủi ro cao của danh mục khách hàng NHBL thuộc danh mục quản lý;
  • Thực hiện quy trình trực tiếp đi xác minh và gặp gỡ khách hàng để đàm phán, thương lương, đốc thúc khách hàng thanh toán nợ quá hạn hoặc tìm kiếm thông tin khách hàng khi cần thiết.
  • Phân tích, đánh giá tiềm năng thu hồi nợ của các khoản nợ được phân công.
  • Báo cáo, cập nhật tiến độ xử lý nợ trên hệ thống của ngân hàng và ban quản lý
  • Làm việc từ Thứ Hai đến Thứ Sáu (nghỉ thứ 7, chủ nhật).

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại Học trở lên,
  • Kinh nghiệm thu hồi nợ có tài sản đảm bảo từ 2 năm trở lên hoặc kinh nghiệm liên quan ở mảng thu hồi nợ,
  • Tác phong gọn gàng, chỉnh chu, nhanh nhẹn, hoạt bát,
  • Giao tiếp tốt, có kỹ năng tư vấn, thuyết phục
  • Khả năng nắm bắt xử lý tình huống linh hoạt.
  • Chăm chỉ, nhiệt tình, tận tâm với công việc.
  • Ý thức cao về bảo mật thông tin.
