Job Description

- Marketing custody and fund services to financial institutions, mainly focusing on Fund Management Companies, Insurance companies.

- Conduct industry research, market research and analysis of trends, competitor activities.

- Develop new market, products and services of securities services.

- Update the securities law and other related regulations.

- Participate in client meetings, manage communication through telephone and email, prepare presentations for clients, transaction processing and product/marketing support.

- Manage custody account and its opening, closing, and migration process.

- Support foreign investors/funds to apply for Securities Trading Code (STC) at Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC).

- Acting as the liaison between the client/broker/business parties and the middle office functions/operations.

- Manage the internal policies/guidelines of Securities Services Department to comply with the applicable regulations and guidance.

- Other tasks assigned by Director and managers of Securities Services Department.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor/Master in Business/Finance/Investment/Accounting/Auditing or relevant fields.

- At least 2-5 years experience in securities firms, fund management companies or banks.

- Experienced same roles in custodian banks is refered.

- Knowledge of regulations on securities market.

- Ability to network, create sales/relationship opportunities with clients in assigned market segment and leverage contacts effectively.

- Client focus, accountability, professional attitude, pro-active.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
