Job Description

- Prepare checklist on a daily basis regarding the status of the each report and alert applicable department that needs make necessary amendment in a timely manner to minimize any risk.
- Prepare reports/letters under Cir 11/Cir35 and other Official dispatches received from SBV or other State Agencies (Sending reports and inform to all applicable departments and branches).
- Prepare required reserve report monthly.
- Prepare insurance deposit report monthly and quarterly and other tasks related to deposit insurance.
- Prepare application file for SBV code registration/deposit insurance certificate for new branch/TO and control the list of SBV codes updated to the internal system.
- Prepare payment for deposit insurance fee quarterly for branches/TOs.
- Conduct additional tasks assigned by Manager in regards of accounting and reporting.

Job Requirement

- University graduated major in Banking finance/ accounting/ auditing
- 1-3 years experience in bank accounting/auditing
- Understanding of Vietnamese accounting standard, Having knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
- MS Office is a must
- Fluent in English
