Job Description

  • Follow-up conditions for disbursement

  • Checking document for alignment with internal/external policy

  • Calling customer for confirmation about disbursement information

  • Handle requests related to account management

  • Handle system operations with credit card issues (increase limit, block, unblock…)

  • Other tasks by assignment

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree  in business, finance, or a related field
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Good computer skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of lending regulations
  • Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork
  • High self-motivated and committed
