1. Training support:
- Responsible to arrange agent code trainings and exams for branch staff with Insurance partners.
- Monitor agent code registration & termination.
- Cooperate with banca partners to organize trainings for branch staff on banca products, soft skills and sales skills.
2. Admin support:
- Periodically maintain & update contact point list to branches/Banca partners.
- Follow up and respond to any enquiries from Branches and Insurance partner.
- Track the collection of premiums on all insurance business transactions.
- Promote business development or other activities launched by the department to achieve outstanding performance and drive sales.
- Support Head of Department to prepare relevant reports.
- Support/organize business seminars, presentations, client events.
- Other tasks as assigned by Head of Department/Director.
- University Degree.
- At least 01 year of experience in related jobs. Experience in insurance/banking is an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation skills.
- Being a result/solution-oriented person at work.
- Have orientation in the field of business and customer service; Creative/quick adaptation.
- Ready to work.
- Proficient in MS Word, Power Point.
- Demonstrated analytical, planning and problem-solving skills essential.
- Build collaborative relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
