Job Description

  • Analyze data for management and reporting
  • Perform soft collection activities including sending reminder email/SMS/Letter
  • Handle inquiry/complaint handling for internal and external customers
  • Prepare planning for breakdown target for each team and monitoring
  • Prepare incentives and payout calculation
  • Update processes and guideline
  • Process entries in AITHER System (collecting overdue amount, interest/fee waiver) for overdue customer
  • Monitor and track performance of agents
  • Search customer information for calling
  • Prepare other administration tasks (onboarding/off-boarding, hard file retrieval, quality control)

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor of Banking & Finance/Economic or relevant field
  • At least 3 years working in Credit Collection
  • Great problem-solving skills, logical thinking and capability to work under strict deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Effective communication in both verbal and written and project management skills
  • Good English communication
