Job Description

- To maintain the best customer satisfaction of the Customer Service Department.
- Ensure timely, adequate, exact, and smooth management of transactions relating to customer profiles, account service channel services, cash in/out/fund transfer/ cheque. remittance, card, trade finance
- Ensure smooth, effective, and timely management of ATM network.
- Ensure customer relationship and their contribution to branches.
- Make a plan and give the proposal to BOM to improve Customer Service's operation and KPI achievement.
- Delegate tasks to members of the Customer Service team.
- Check & approve all daily Customer Service transactions.
- Lead and give opinions to subordinates for completing tasks on time & effectively.
- Perform other tasks assigned by BOM.
- If you live in Long Thanh, Nhon Trach Town, we have a shuttle bus. If you live in BRVT, you will be able to move by yourself.

Job Requirement

- High sense of responsibility.
- At least 7 years of experiences.
- Good leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good decision-maker.
- Able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Sound knowledge in banking legal relations relating to accounts and using of accounts.
- Good in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good English and Korean are a plus.
