Job Description

  • Perform off-site monitoring and theme monitoring for internal control matters in system
  • Performance report (Self inspection, Off site monitoring)
  • Review and update manual/ guideline on self-inspection & off-site monitoring
  • Monitoring self-inspection activities at Business units and HO units (Daily/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annually)
  • Monitor self-inspection & off-site monitoring system (Function development /enhancement/ UAT/ Project)
  • Being a contact point for self-inspection matters for Business & HO units
  • Perform On-site monitoring and check the result of self-inspection monitoring
  • Performance report (on-site monitoring)
  • Provide training session to Business unit (on site)
  • Review and update monitoring items based on business unit's working environment
  • Managing self inspection performance of in charged branches(headcounts - Southern 3, Norther 2)

Job Requirement

  • Good knowledge about Banking products and Banking system
  • Good organizational, analytical and reporting skill, investigatory skills
  • Competent English in both writing and presentation
  • Good in MS office, Excel
  • Team spirit, work-hard, prudent, accountable, pro-active
