[HO] - CORPORATE DEPOSIT PRODUCT SPECIALIST

- Develop new product or improve current deposit product that align with Bank goals and customer needs.

-  Market research for corporate customers (product; pricing, trend, competitors)

- Collaborate with Departments/Organization to deliver differentiated customer solutions that capture and reinforce the customer’s relationship, optimize value for the bank

- Preparing cost analysis, ensure every step of product development process proceeds as planned (including policy, guideline, system, marketing, training, launching, report)

-  Support branches in daily operation relating system process, policy, guideline relating to products

-  Promote  campaign, special packages or products to achieve deposit bank target

-  Provide training on new products, scheme and related operating process

-  Execute related reports, presentations and meeting materials for management levels

-  Other tasks assigned by line managers

Education: Bachelor of Economics, Finance or relevant field

Experience:

- At least 3 years in development loan product

- Deep understanding of market trend, drives the development process from conception to launch.

- Wealth of knowledge and expertise, transforming ideas into tangible products

Skills:

- Skill to keep the timelines, and organizing tasks in check all the time

- Great deal of collaboration skills

- Come up with products for customers, attitude of customer focus

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power point skill

- Fluent in English.
