[HO] FINANCIAL STRATEGY SPECIALIST

Financial Management Planning & Reporting

·       Prepare daily, monthly and ad hoc management reports

·       Support monthly financial closing and reconciliation

·       Ensure data accuracy and reporting quality

·       Assist in variance analysis and business reviews

·       Financial planning for Whole bank and Business groups

Financial Analysis

·       Prepare Segment, region, product, customer and business performance reports

·       Support KPI calculation and financial performance monitoring

·       Assist in variance analysis and business reviews

·       Assist management in analysis insights to drive business impacts

System development & automation

·       Improve reporting efficiency through automation

·       Support system enhancement and reporting projects

·       Collect, validate and reconcile financial data

·       Maintain reporting databases and working files

·       Support data extraction and report automation

Education:

·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting or Economics

·      Master's degree or CFA/ACCA/CMA/FRM is an advantage

Experience:

·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics or related fields

·      1–3 years banking or financial analysis experience

·      Strong Excel, SQL skill

·      Power BI are preferred

·      Good analytical skills and attention to detail

·      Willingness to learn and develop in FP&A and Business Finance
