Job Description

The role is to service the customer portfolio assigned to Relationship Officer and to provide customers with an easy and friendly customer experience.  The role is responsible for meeting assigned targets such as New to Bank (NTB)/ Upgrade Customers, Assets under Administration (AUA) for the Emerging Affluent segment.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Meet assigned AUA Growth; NTB/ Upgrade Customers; Revenue
  • Service the assigned customer portfolio
  • Consistent and timely service to meet customer needs and ensure portfolio customers are engaged
  • Takes accountability of customers’ problem to achieve customer satisfaction of problem solution
  • Adhere to bank’s compliance policy and ensure all transactions carried out on behalf of clients are within the stipulated parameters of the bank’s policy process flow
  • Ensure operations, workflow and processes are compliant to the bank’s standard and guidelines
  • Maintaining highest integrity level

Working location: District 5, HCMC

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of 2-year working experiences in sales, preferably in the financial service industry with some products such as deposit, unsecured loan (personal loan), bancassurance, credit card...
  • Fluent in written/spoken English
  • Superiror customer engagement skills
  • Diligent in delivering superior customer service
  • Highly results orientated with strong display discipline, perseverance and good attitude
