From 1993, Shinhan Bank opened the first representative office in Ho Chi Minh City and became one of the pioneers to promote the formal diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea. “Shinhan – Inspiring Your Talent 2014” is the annual scholarship of Shinhan Bank dedicates to the university’s students majoring in Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, Law and Korean Studies in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Upon the qualification, each student will be granted 35.000.000 dong/ scholarship for their last year in university, including: tuition, expense fees and invitation to Shinhan’s various events and activities within the program. SHINHAN Bank wants to help the junior students to concentrate on their last year in university without any concern about the tuition and other expenses such as: books, materials and health insurance…etc

Besides the financial aid, eligible students for the SHINHAN scholarship also have the opportunities to:

- Invitation to the professional and soft skills trainings by SHINHAN experts

- Intern at SHINHAN Bank

- Work at SHINHAN Bank after graduation

- Invitation to SHINHAN’s annual activities and events such as: Shinhan Olympic (will be hold in August 02, 2014), Customer Satisfaction contest and other activities..etc.

B - ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: 

1.   Object :  Junior student (3^rd year) in one of the below universities

2. Prerequisites:

+ Good educational background, GPA of the first 5 semesters must be 8.0 and above.  

+ Good attitude, analysis, public speaking and good English skills.

+ Good logical thinking, creative, communication skills and team work is preferred.
