+ To response all customer’s general inquiries on all Omni Channels.
+ To support customer’s requests on some Omni Channels (SOL Chat/Internet Banking Chat).
+ To take all customer’s complaints related to Shinhan Bank.
+ To work with other Teams inside/outside Contact Center to consult and provide information related Shinhan Bank products/services.
+ Be responsible to report all issues/errors receiving on Omni Channels ly.
+ To build template/script in order to shorten supporting time.
+ To raise ideas for development and improvement of Omni System.
+ Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
- College/ Bachelor’s degree
- Banking Experiences at least 02 years (prefer: Contact Center).
- Good writing skill (both Vietnamese and English).
- Reporting & analysis skills (preferable).
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive/ High Teamwork spirit.
- Careful and patient style of work.
