1. ATM Network Operations & Support
· Manage daily operations of the ATM network to ensure stable and efficient performance.
· Monitor ATM availability, performance, and incidents; coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
· Support branches and business units in handling ATM/STM-related requests and operational matters.
· Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Network Development, System Enhancement & Partnerships
· Identify opportunities to expand and optimize the ATM network to improve customer accessibility and experience.
· Propose and implement enhancements to ATM/STM systems, features, and functionalities.
· Participate in system development projects, testing (UAT), and rollout of new features or upgrades.
· Work closely with vendors and internal teams to introduce new technologies and improve service capabilities.
· Build and maintain effective relationships with partners, suppliers, and landlords.
· Continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
3. Cash Management, Governance & Performance
· Oversee cash operations across branches to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
· Monitor and manage cash flow and cash limits to support business needs.
· Identify risks in cash handling operations and implement appropriate controls.
· Track performance metrics (e.g., ATM KPIs) and prepare reports for management.
· Contribute to policy updates, internal guidelines, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- At least 1 year of experience as Teller/Cashier
- Proficient in English is a must (speaking/ writing/ listening/speaking)
- Familiar with ATM/ Teller service related Aither screen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
