Overview
- To support the design, development, and management of the Car Loan product portfolio in alignment with the bank’s business strategy, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
- To participate in the full product lifecycle — from research, concept development, pricing, and process setup to implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement — in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
Main Activities/Tasks include:
Product Research & Development
- Conduct market studies and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, pricing practices, and customer needs in the auto loan market.
- Support the design and enhancement of car loan products, including product features, process flows, and documentation requirements.
- Draft product concept papers, proposals, and approval documents under the guidance of the Product Development Manager.
- Assist in testing new products or process changes before launch.
Pricing & Profitability Analysis
- Collect and analyze data related to product performance, pricing, and profitability.
- Support the development and periodic review of car loan pricing models and parameters.
- Prepare performance dashboards and reports for management review.
Process & System Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, Credit Risk, and Digital teams to ensure smooth loan origination and approval processes.
- Participate in user requirement preparation and testing for new system functions or process changes.
- Identify and propose process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Partner & Channel Support
- Coordinate with car dealers, manufacturers, and external partners for product-related campaigns and collaboration activities.
- Provide internal support for product training, marketing materials, and sales tool development.
- Support channel teams (branches, digital, partners) in resolving product or process issues.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track product performance indicators such as disbursement volume and portfolio quality.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support business reviews and strategic decisions.
- Assist in evaluating post-launch product performance and gathering customer feedback for improvement.
