1. Team Management & Coaching
- Supervise and support daily activities of team members.
- Provide guidance, on-the-job coaching, and regular feedback to ensure team performance and development.
- Allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
2. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure team activities comply with applicable insurance regulations
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and guide the team in proper implementation.
3. Product & Partnership Coordination
- Oversee the review of insurance product terms and conditions with partners to support implementation.
- Act as a key contact point for insurance partners on operational and coordination matters.
- Support evaluation of partner performance and service quality.
4. Sales Support & Business Enablement
- Ensure effective support is provided to business units (RM/WRM) on:
o Product information
o Sales processes and basic advisory
- Step in to handle more complex inquiries or issues when required.
5. Operations & Process Oversight
- Oversee bancassurance operational processes, including:
o Non-life insurance registration and settlement guidance
o Reporting and data tracking
o Issue resolution and escalation
- Ensure processes are followed consistently and identify areas for improvement.
6. Sales Programs & Performance Monitoring
- Lead the implementation of incentive schemes, sales campaigns, and customer promotions.
- Monitor team and overall bancassurance KPIs; provide regular updates to the line manager.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of sales programs across business units.
7. Commercial & Business Support
- Support commission discussions with insurance partners by preparing data and insights.
- Monitor business performance and highlight key trends, risks, or opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Insurance, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance, or banking
- Prior experience in team coordination or informal leadership is an advantage
- Good understanding of life and non-life insurance products
- Familiarity with bancassurance processes and basic regulatory requirements
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
