1. Training Plan:
· Contribute to build suitable training roadmaps and annual training programs (job knowledge subjects)
· Perform task as a Trainer of Deposit/ Remittance subject, build training content, prepare and deliver training courses
· Plan for specific training programs
· Perform task as a Course Planner, including follow up after training for reporting
· Admin & Logistic supporting for training courses by detailed assignment
· Prepare budget Memo for training programs
2. Annual Job Test
· Contribute in the Annual Job Test plan
· Collaborate with related HO Dept to check question pool
· Perform & Monitor the Job Test plan as assignment
3. E-learning development (Course digitization)
· Propose & work with relevant HO Dept. and vendor to develop E-learning content
· Update e-training contents to upload onto e-learning platform
4. Reporting activities
· Check Branch Training Day report of assigned Business Units
· Other reports as assignment
5. Extra projects
· Plan up and implement the assigned projects
· Report the progress and achievement of projects
6. Admin task: Other internal admin & logistics tasks as assignment
7. Other tasks on assignment by Director/ Manager
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 years in professional work/ training in priority of Deposit operation or both Deposit and Remittance operation.
- Strong training or presentation skills.
- Experience in developing proposals and plans as HO staff
- Good command of English
