- Conducting market research and analysis to identify CORP/SOHO/ SME customer's needs and trends in deposit and payment industry in Vietnam specifically on payment Solutions.
- Work with other stakeholders (internal and external) to develop new features, functions of the services and products, enhance the services and products in alignment with legal regulations and customers’ demand.
- Co-ordinate with branches and related department/division to manage productivity and enhance efficiency.
- Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance.
- Provide branches support, training as required.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- Education: Finance – Banking/ Economics/ Marketing
- Experience: At least 02 years working in banks/financial organizations/FinTech
- Well understanding on banking services (especially for Corp Deposit, CASA, Payment Solution)
- Well understanding digital customer experience especially Corp digital banking with strong ability of partnering business relationship.
- Learnable, Logical and creative thinking
- Problem solving skill
- Able to think strategically and develop product that align with business objectives and make data-driven decision.
- Excellent in communication skills.
- Proven track record of a successful banking business partnering.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese. Korean is a plus
