- To develop corporate digital banking services and products.
- To proactively manage and improve corporate internet banking experience of customers.
- To boost corporate paperless transformation.
- To manage GCMS
- Develop new corporate digital banking services and products by working with other stakeholders (internal and external);
- Regularly check corporate internet banking and find solutions.
- Daily support branches for the operation of digital banking services and products;
- Manage the performance of corporate digital banking business.
- Experienced at least 2 years working in banks/ financial organizations/ Fintech
- Well understanding digital customer experience
- Logical and creative thinking
- Well understanding the process of product development (business requirements, user testing, product’s policies, related legal regulations)
- Well understanding of wholesale banking business in general, especially corporate loan banking, deposit, remittance, payment
- Good communication (speaking, writing) of English
- Adaptability
