-Install, configure and maintain network hardware (Firewalls, Switches, Routers) and wireless solution (Wi-Fi).
-Administer and monitor server environment (Windows/Linux).
-Execute periodically checking for device, network line, backup status.
-Assist in Datacenter operation.
-Maintain an accurate IT Inventory (Network devices/Servers/Software).
-Ensure all systems comply with IT security policies and industry standards.
-Act as an escalation point for technical issues related to network connectivity and system performance.
-Troubleshoot hardware failure and security threats.
-Develop and update technical documentation
-Collaborate on infrastructure project such as office expansions.
-Manage and implement technical controls required by ISO 27001 and PCI DSS
-Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security.
-Technical Certifications (Preferred): CCNS, MCSA/MCSE, ComTIA Network+
-Experience: 2-4 years of experience in system and network administration.
-Soft Skills: Analytical problem-solving, communication skills
