1. Receptionist
- Receive and forward documents, goods, and mail.
- Greet visitors to the company for business purposes and inform relevant individuals.
- Receive and transfer phone calls to the appropriate recipient.
2. Basic Administrative Tasks
- Manage administrative expenses, office supplies, and courier services.
- Arrange meeting rooms.
- Distribute office supplies.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
- Female, presentable appearance, friendly and cheerful face.
-English (good communication skills)
- Good communication skills, meticulous, and quick learner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- College degree or higher.
- Prior experience (internship or freelance work) in a similar position is preferred.
