- Source potential candidates through different channels (online channels, social platforms, networking, recruitment platform, etc.).
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a professional experience for candidates
- Participate in career events and job fairs for the purpose of employer branding and building strong candidate pipeline.
- Build the professional network of the company by maintaining strategic relationships with partners, universities, colleges and HR professionals.
- Research, select & implement suitable options for job advertising, employer branding activities.
- In charge of daily/weekly/monthly report and other reports assigned by Deputy Director and Director of HRD
- Effective communication skill with strong business acumen and consulting skills
- Strong solution-driven mindset
- Understanding of banking operations and practices
- Have strong relationship in banking or finance
- Proficient in English is a must (speaking/ writing/ listening/speaking)
- Ability to work both independently and teamwork
