- To develop and execute training plan to transfer corporate loan know-how to Retail RM and Loan officers/ Loan Managers at assigned branches/ region.
- To manage and promote for SOHO sales at Branch/ Transaction, including SOHO Loan, SOHO Deposit and acquiring new SOHO Customer.
- To direct and lead assigned branch’s RRMs on targeting, positioning potential SOHO customer by channel to execute appropriate marketing activities.
- To propose promotions, push sales campaigns, PR and marketing activities for SOHO customers for assigned branches/ region.
- To co-ordinate with Regional Heads/ GMs/ Branches and related departments/divisions to propose suggestions/solutions on training plan, product enhancement, new product development, new cooperated partners to expand SOHO business
- To coordinate, control and evaluate SOHO business performance at assigned branches/ region.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Proven working experience in loan product for tiny SME customers
- Solid understanding of lending products and practices
- Comprehensive understanding of lending regulations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, strategic, training and planning skills
- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork
- High self-motivated and committed
