. Interview, survey and analyze the training needs from liaising with BOM, Department Directors and Shinhan staff.
. Plan and conduct training courses, workshops, conference and other events in accordance with business requirements, bank development strategy and staff’s desire
. Conduct Orientation Sessions and provide essential job knowledge training courses for new Hires/ new branch staff.
. Conduct training sessions to provide updated and advance job knowledge for existing staff.
. Prepare training materials relating to banking activities including notes, tests, and assignments.
. Collaborate with Training Planner to ensure good preparation for training courses.
. Keep learners' attendance and other records
. Manage training budget.
. Conduct course evaluation and contribute initiatives, ideas, and feedbacks for training quality improvement.
. Liaise with Departments to update process, knowledge and update training materials accordingly.
. Continuously update knowledge, propose and execute self-development plans.
. Support and mentor new Staff
. Other Tasks: as required by Director from time to time.
- A Minimum of 5 year's working experience in Retail Lending, Credit or related field
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge and problems solutiion methods of the banking activity in charge.
- Review and summarize knowledge skills
- Logical and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Solid knowledge of office software and latest training techniques (Train the Trainer, Online Training...)
