- Co-operating with relevant Department/Branch to implement Service Quality standards, Customer Service standards.
- Collecting, measuring, evaluating CS checking data, CS survey data.
- Training Customer Service Standards to Customer Service Employees.
- Making proposal action with purpose to improve standards and to meet Customer Satisfaction level.
- Graduated from University.
- At least 5 year of experience in Customer Satisfaction or at least being a Leader of Customer Service team.
- Good English communication and MS office.
- Presentation and information sharing skills.
